Band of Brothers
Making an impact in the Mat-Su Valley, Band of Brothers is passionate about equipping and mobilizing men to mentor one another to create legacies of honor in their families and communities. This COTR facility is designed to be:
• a supportive and safe environment for men to mentor and be mentored
• a great venue designed to aid off-site groups for the development of men
• a venue for fun, meaningful events where fathers can intentionally engage their children and strengthen their marriages
• a venue for ministry-related training and equipping classes
Join us as we work with Beacon Hill to support, serve, and encourage vulnerable children in our community. As Community Lead Church for the Mat-Su Valley, we actively participate in the three focus area of Beacon Hill
- Safe Families for Children - Prevent crisis by creating a caring, compassionate community around families in crisis
- Family Support Center - Facilitate relationships for families in the foster care system with a healthy, supportive community
- Heart Gallery of Alaska - Advocate for the adoption of Alaska's children in foster care who need forever homes
Together we can serve Alaska’s children in foster care and children at risk of going into foster care through the love of Christ.

Scarlet Tapestries - Sarah’s House residents and volunteers make simple sewing projects for Sarah’s House fundraising and community outreach purposes.
The Locker - Donate personal care items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and toothbrushes to the residents of Sarah's House local community.
SET FREE ALASKA
Galatians 5:1 – Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand!
Set Free Alaska exists to facilitate freedom from the bondage of alcohol and drug addiction. Set Free Alaska is a Christian outpatient alcohol and drug treatment rehab center, which uses a mind-body-spirit approach to recovery. Set Free Alaska provides service to the community in the area of substance abuse treatment as well as treatment for other related addictions and/or destructive behavior.
Set Free Alaska is highly recommended, along with Fresh Start on Monday nights, for those who struggle with any type of addiction. You will be loved, ministered to, challenged, and held accountable to live free and no longer bound by the schemes of the enemy.
By offering clean and useful items for resale, we will finance God’s harvest, finance the ministries of Church on the Rock, bless others, our community, and the Kingdom of God. We are excited about the opportunities the thrift store provides for Church on the Rock. It connects us with the community, provides a place for people to serve the Great Commission, grafts us into the business community, and provides an income stream for the future COTR locations, missions, and other ministries
