Community Outreach

These Community Outreach Ministries provide opportunities for us to serve our local community.

Join us as we partner with others to take the love of God beyond the walls of our church.

Put the hope of Jesus Christ within reach of every addict by partnering with Teen Challenge. Support them as they lead men and women through a one-year model of discipleship and recovery.

Band of Brothers

Invest in the lives of local men and strengthen families in the Mat-Su Valley. Band of Brothers creates opportunities for men to develop authentic community and provides a place to be developed as men of honor. Support our mission at the café or by attending events, renting the facility, or becoming a monthly partner.

Beacon Hill

Support, serve, and encourage vulnerable children in our community by partnering with Beacon Hill. Prevent crisis with Safe Families for Children, facilitate relationships at the Mat-Su Family Support Center, or advocate for the adoption of Alaska's children with the Heart Gallery of Alaska.

Connect Palmer

Show God’s love to the residents of Palmer by connecting those in need with community resources. Connect Palmer empowers individuals to gain employment and be self-sufficient through Sarah’s House and reaches into the local community with the Love of God.

Make a difference in the life of an unborn child. HeartReach Center offers free and confidential services to men, women, and families in need of pregnancy testing, options, and supports. Their focus is both short-term and long-term, generational and eternal, as they help parents say yes to life!

Reach 907

Partner with REACH 907 and bring hope and healing to children in the foster care system. Join with them to impact lives, provide hope, and share the love of Christ.

Set Free Alaska

Support freedom from alcohol and drug addiction with Set Free Alaska. Their christian outpatient services and residential rehab centers support men and women on their journey to recovery.

Thrifters Rock

Thrifters Rock connects us with the community and provides a place for people to serve by offering clean and useful items for sale. From donating your gently used goods to volunteering, there are many ways to serve with this community outreach. Proceeds from our two thrift stores support local ministries and missions.

Join this group of community volunteers dedicated to providing food, clothing, and shelter to the homeless in the Mat-Su Valley. Wasilla Homeless Committee meets people where they are and connects them to the resources they need to be successful.

Young Life is an international organization with a local presence in the Mat-Su Valley. They go to kids, build bridges of authentic friendship, and introduce them to Jesus Christ. Young Life believes every kid deserves a chance to hear about Jesus, but we can only reach the kids with authentic friendship if we have enough leaders. By 2026, they hope to add enough leaders to double the number of kids they know and pray for by name.
